Before starting her private practice, Stacy spent ten years as general counsel for a national tax software firm and a technology concentrated agricultural entity. Along with her MBA and small business experience, her vast background enables her to guide her business clients in the right direction of almost every obstacle they encounter. Her varied background dealing with all types of people in both start-ups and well-established entities lends to her value as a strategic business advisor to entrepreneurs and companies varying in size and industry.
Stacy can help clients on an ad hoc basis as issues arise, or as a consultant that really dives into their business operations to help them become more profitable. She drafts and negotiates operating agreements and other commercial contracts, as well as develops internal policies and procedures, strategic business plans, and operating manuals. Stacy also advises clients on human resource issues.
